3 tips for a cheaper and faster translation

Send Word, Excel or PPT, rather than PDF.
Send only those texts that you want translated.
Save your time – avoid useless copying of texts from one file to another. Just send whatever you have, even a special file format, website, etc.

I have special translation applications that can handle a lot. Please contact me first, let’s try that together – to make things faster and easier.

I will ask you for your contact and billing details. These I need to perform my obligations to you (the ordered translation) and to comply with my legal duties (taxation).

Should your translation contain “sensitive data,” e.g. the state of your health, I will need your express written consent with processing such data.

Do you need a price quote first?

Are you pressed by time? Send me an e-mail and attach the files you need translated. I will send the quote, defining the possible delivery time.

Don’t hesitate to call. If I cannot answer, I will call back as soon as possible.

What about confidential documents?

I will protect the confidentiality of your documents, no matter whether you order a job from me or not.

Moreover, after one month from the quote date, I will permanently delete your files from my computer.
